London – September 29, 2003 - Inclarity, a leading communications service provider, has been ranked 22nd by The Sunday Times ARM Tech Track 100 survey.

This is the second year running, in which Inclarity’s triple-digit sales growth has earned the company a high ranking in the Tech Track list of the fastest growing technology companies.

The independent in-depth survey of Britain’s leading, unquoted, technology companies is compiled annually by Fast Track - the Oxford based research company. Selection for inclusion in the survey is drawn from 1 million potential entrants, and companies are ranked on growth in sales over the last two years (2000 – 2002). Extensive research is conducted, including telephone and face-to-face interviews with company directors and detailed analysis of financial data.

Speaking on Inclarity’s high ranking by The Sunday Times Tech Track, Chief Executive, Ahal Besorai, said: "We are delighted to be ranked yet again as one of Britain’s fastest growing technology companies. This is in fact the third year in which we have achieved triple-digit sales growth. Our consistently growing revenues have enabled us to expand the Inclarity team and quickly develop a full service wrap-around for our recently launched Broadband Telephony. This means that our channel partners can take the service to market immediately, reaping the benefits of being fast movers."

The Sunday Times Tech Track recorded Inclarity as having an annual sales growth of 136%, with the previous year being 122.56%. These figures are particularly remarkable in the context of the recent downturn of the UK telecommunications market. Moreover, Inclarity again expects to see a substantial revenue growth at the close of the 2003 financial year.

The Secret to Success

Inclarity is thriving, despite the currently depressed telecommunications market, due the successful implementation of a focused strategy put in place in 2001. With stable revenues from loyal, satisfied customers in the UK and abroad, a decision was taken to channel resources into the development of new, high-margin services that would maximise future growth and profitability. This was the start of Inclarity’s Advanced Communications division, led by John Irvine, an expert in telecommunications with nearly two decades of senior level telco experience. The new division has prospered, leading Inclarity to expand its workforce by 50% in the last year.

Looking Forward

Following 18 months of development, in March this year, Inclarity launched Broadband Telephony - a state-of-the-art telephony service that utilises voice over broadband, to offer advanced telephony and improved productivity while offering end-customers savings of between 35-60% (www.broadbandtelephony.com).

By the end of 2004 it is projected that tens of thousands of users will have signed up for Broadband Telephony, with this figure growing to hundreds of thousands by 2005.

About the Broadband Telephony Service

Broadband Telephony is a revolutionary telephony service, suitable for businesses and residential users alike. By delivering phone calls over a broadband connection but behaving like a traditional telephone service, it makes expensive PBXs and BT lines redundant, entirely eliminating the need for up-front investment in telephony solutions. The service offers free on-net calls and reduced calling rates to other destinations, while giving users the full functionality they would expect from a high range PBX. Broadband Telephony also offers unified messaging with advanced voice mail as well as fax-to-email capabilities embedded in Outlook. Multi line support and a variety of call management capabilities (e.g. follow-me, do not disturb, black list) are also available. www.broadbandtelephony.com
