London, 30 September 2003 - The Board of Intec Telecom Systems PLC, a leading provider of telecoms Operations Support Systems, is pleased to announce that Mr. Thomas Ivarson, an Executive Vice President at LogicaCMG plc, has agreed to join the Board as a non-executive Director.
