As the UK’s only dedicated event for marketing-related and CRM technologies, Technology For Marketing 2004, attracts the support of the leading industry associations. Taking place from 10-11 February 2004 at The National Hall, Olympia, London, TFM 2004 will once again incorporate Technology For Customer Service and Technology For Sales.

CIM, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and CIMTech have leant their support to TFM 2004, whilst the Institute of Customer Service is supporting Technology For Customer Service and the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management is supporting Technology For Sales.

“The support of so many industry bodies means that visitors can be assured the exhibition and seminar sessions accurately reflect the current issues facing marketing, customer service and sales professionals,” explains Phil Hunter, TFM 2004 Event Director. “It also reaffirms the faith of exhibitors that they have invested their marketing budget in the most effective way.”

As well as presenting 200 leading industry suppliers, TFM 2004 will incorporate educational features, including over 30 free seminar sessions, free independent advice and free daily keynote sessions. Professionals with either a non-technical or technical background will be able to source marketing-related and CRM technologies within a jargon free environment.

The variety of features available to visitors of TFM 2004 includes:

· 200 leading industry exhibitors - Including Alterian, Microsoft Business Solutions, Maximizer, Desmond, CheetahMail, Experian, smartFOCUS, Care, Claritas and MapInfo.

· The Learning Zone - a series of over 30 free seminars including practical case studies to benefit the visitor audience. The Learning Zone will feature customised trails designed to meet the needs of the customer marketing, customer service and sales communities.

· Free Advice Centre - independent consultants will be on hand to source the solutions that best suit a company’s requirements and answer any specific technology questions.

· Free Daily Keynotes - chaired by Paul Cooper, New Business Development Director of the Institute of Customer Service, delegates will have the opportunity to join the “question time” style debate and discuss the hot topics affecting the customer service community - Optimise CRM by uniting marketing, customer service and sales through technology & Measuring and maximising the ROI from CRM.
