Training administration and membership management software provider, Consensus, today announced that it has been awarded a major contract for its CourseBooker application and significant systems integration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

The CIPD has over 118,000 members and is the market leader in the development and promotion of good practice in the field of the management and development of people. The Institute is responsible for the professional qualifications of the personnel profession and also provides a range of leading-edge training courses, workshops and seminars designed for personnel specialists, trainers, line managers and support staff at all levels.

Consensus will provide functionality to manage complex Conference and Certification as well as training course administration, accounting and other support functionality.

CIPD will use Consensus to manage and administer training course bookings made via its call centre or through its online booking service.
