Call recording company Retell Limited, already known for their excellent customer service have opened a new demonstration room in their newly refurbished Sunbury on Thames head office. Derek Smith, Technical Support Manager at Retell say’s “The demo room will enable both Sales and Technical Support staff to show potential customers and resellers our complete range. All staff are now equipped with cordless headsets enabling them to move from their desks to the demo room in order to talk customers through the set up of our products. We also offer remote demonstrations and remote diagnostics for our software based products via a link on our website and soon an Internet chat facility and web cam will complete our unrivalled customer support package.
