Moneynet endorses success of speed-trap Limited’s web measurement and user journey analysis solution

Leading personal e-finance player Moneynet increases online business since implementing Prophet on their website
Newbury, Berkshire, March 18th, 2004. speed-trap Limited, the e-business decision support experts, has announced that Moneynet has renewed it's contract to use Prophet, it’s client-side data collection and analysis solution on their website at www.moneynet.co.uk
Reasons for using Prophet included the monitoring and analysis of banner advertising and tracking website visitors and purchaser behaviour, thus enabling the site to be designed and maintained as well as possible to enhance the customer experience and online sales.
Commenting on the renewal, Richard Brown, Chief Executive at Moneynet said: “We’re delighted with the benefits implementing Prophet has already brought, we were successfully marketing our portfolio of personal finance products online, but after Prophet was implemented on our website, we were able to see, analyse and replay the visitors journey through our site and having done that we were able to see exactly where to make changes and improve visitors’ experiences, thus increasing the web site’s effectiveness and revenues.” Brown concluded: “The resulting improvement has covered our investment in Prophet many times over.”
