The Call Centre Management Association UK Ltd (CCMA) today announced the launch of a series of Call Centre Symposia in partnership with b2bevents and Angel Business Communications. The first in the series will take place at Le Meridien Hotel, Gatwick November 2004. This will be followed by sister events in Leeds in February 2005, and then in Prague and Frankfurt in the fall of 2005.
Call Centre Symposium, a new breed of Call Centre events aimed at the most senior industry professionals, will be in the format of a content-led, two streamed conference, networking opportunities, table top exhibition and site visits to some of the most technologically advanced call centres in the UK today.
The aim of the Symposium Series is to provide CEO’s, CTO’s and CIO’s with information on the strategic issues behind successful Call Centres and to help executives navigate their way through myriad technology applications. Call Centre Symposium will address the highly publicised issues of near shore and far shore outsourcing and the political pressure now facing government over the haemorrhaging of jobs from the UK. International expertise and experience will contribute to the content.
