Cedilla Systems, a leading provider of services and technology to the UK SME sector, has today announced that one year on from its management buy-out (MBO) the company has experienced high levels of growth in all aspects of its business.

Last year, the company's senior management made personal investments in the business in order to provide the platform needed to take the company through to its next phase of growth. That growth is now well under way; Cedilla has moved into a brand new headquarters building, there has been a 40% increase in staff in the last year, turnover is up 30% with the company showing good profitability, and Cedilla is now ranked by Microsoft Business Solutions as one of the UK's top three Microsoft Certified Business partners specialising in Navision, the award-winning ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution.

Cedilla was established in 1991 and has experienced average year-on-year growth of 27 per cent since then.

Mike Dickson, Managing Director of Cedilla, said this was an exciting time in the company's development.
