MM Group, the fourth largest contact centre outsourcer in the UK, announced today the sale of 92.5% of its ordinary equity to SR.Teleperformance, the world’s 2nd largest provider of outsourced CRM and contact centre services.

Based in Bristol, MM Group has a nationwide network of multi-media contact centres in the UK and Northern Ireland providing outsourced call centre solutions for some of the world’s leading brands.

MM Group has achieved its position through an enterprising acquisition strategy, recently purchasing its neighbour and competitor Contact 24, and significant organic growth. It has made no secret of its desire to be the UK’s no. 1 service provider.. This investment by SR.Teleperformance, who have 150 contact centres in 34 countries and two in the UK, will strengthen MM Group’s ability to continue to pursue this strategy.

MM Group is expected to generate revenues this year of around 62 million Euros.
