Supporta Services, a division of Supporta plc is fully launched today, offering clients the ultimate business process outsourcing solution to recruitment and other commercial businesses. Rapidly expanding agencies need a back office solution that is as flexible as they are. Supporta Services provides a one stop shop with seamless and professional service constantly moulded to the clients’ needs, leaving them to focus on increased profitability.

Supporta employs over 150 payroll specialists and with seven offices throughout the UK, is compact enough to be able to offer a swift, personal solution, yet has the outreach to be the largest commercial provider of outsourced payroll, pension and accounts payable services to the NHS.

Supporta Services offers a wealth of experience in payroll servicing, and the adaptability to service start-ups right the way through to blue chip main market listed companies.

The Company never forgets each client is an individual and each receives a uniquely tailored approach, through the Supporta flexible ‘modular’ system. The core service offered by Supporta Services is the preparation of payroll, payment of temporary staff and the raising of client invoices. Other service options include, credit control and cash flow management, production of management information, pension administration as well as a comprehensive accounting service.

In terms of pricing and efficiency, clients will benefit from the economies of scale offered by Supporta Services’ large payroll function, resulting in a more cost effective solution than running payroll in-house.

As a result of providing primary back office functions, Supporta Services assists in removing potential cash flow issues by freeing up equity from the business. By
minimizing administrative overheads and peak work flow worries, the cost of the client’s back office staff is substantially reduced.

With Supporta Services, the client removes investment in expensive software systems and its maintenance from their balance sheet, and is kept abreast of legislative changes, in the full knowledge that their time-consuming holiday and temporary pay administration is being operated accurately. Clients are left to focus on maximizing revenue and increasing their profitability.

Supporta Services ‘white-labels’ its services by maintaining a separate PAYE scheme in the clients’ name, with their customers being billed using their own stationery and VAT number. In spite of Supporta Services handling the invoicing, factoring, payroll, credit control, management accounting and reporting, the client still retains its turnover in its accounts and maintains total control of its own finances.

Gavin Kaye, CEO of Supporta plc, commenting on the launch of Supporta Services, said: “Our business was set up with the vision of being more than just a payroll bureau, having added finance and back office systems to our total client proposition for the recruitment industry. We are very excited about the prospects for the business expanding on our wealth of experience in payroll servicing, and becoming a major player in the outsourcing market”
