SAN JOSE, Calif. - Thermo Electron Corporation (NYSE:TMO) announces the 100th customer shipment of the Finnigan LTQ high performance linear ion trap mass spectrometer. The system was one of five (5) Finnigan LTQs purchased by the Indiana Centers for Applied Protein Sciences (INCAPS). INCAPS is a recently established venture between Eli Lilly and Company, and leading academic, industry and government organizations.
