WStore, the leading online supplier of business IT equipment, has today launched a reward points programme as part of its ongoing commitment to maintaining high quality relationships with its business customers.

Customers can accrue points on all purchases made with WStore, which can be exchanged for a range of more than 800 rewards including vouchers, experience days, holidays, DIY equipment and many other gift ideas.

Stewart Hayward, WStore marketing manager, said: "We believe we are the only UK IT supplier running a scheme like this for business users, where a range of reward options are available, giving the customer an exciting choice.

We decided to do this because we wanted a way of showing customers we value their business. I think that if you look at the SMB space, for example, everyone talks about this being a market ripe for being exploited, but few businesses are bothering to offer something back to the customer."

WStore customers can view the range of reward options online by visiting and can cash in their points whenever they want. Customers have to register for the WStore Rewards programme and their points are automatically added to their reward account at the end of each month, with every £1,000 spent adding an extra point to their tally.

Hayward continued: "As far as I'm concerned, we have the best online IT purchasing system, excellent account managers, and extremely competitive pricing. This reward points scheme further emphasises the importance of relationships with our customers."
