Specialists in sales lead management help marketing professionals overcome confusion over recent legislation

New rules require all business-to-consumer email recipients to 'opt-in' to receive email marketing, while business-to-business recipients only require an easy and free ‘opt-out’ clause. Yet, around 1 in 8 marketing professionals said they had never heard of this new legislation relating to email communications, and another third 37% say they were not sure about the detail of it. Titled "Achieving ROI on Marketing Spend," the report surveyed over 100 heads of marketing in +£50m turnover businesses.
