(NASDAQ: AKAM), the global leader of distributed computing solutions and services, today announced that Norman ASA (www.norman.com), one of the world’s leading companies within the field of data security, is using the Akamai EdgeSuite service to deliver antivirus software updates and product information to its customer base. As a result of using EdgeSuite, Norman ASA has reduced IT complexity, expanded its infrastructure capacity and reach, and improved its site performance.
