AZURE TO PROVIDE REVENUE ASSURANCE BENCHMARKING AT RISK MANAGEMENT & AUDIT IN TELECOMS

Azure identifies revenue assurance tools to manage risk, reduce losses and increase profits

Azure, the telecoms revenue assurance company, will be sponsoring and running a pre-conference workshop at Risk Management & Audit in Telecoms, taking place at Crowne Plaza, Amsterdam-Schipol, on September 29 – 30, 2004.

Martin Browne, vice president of business development at Azure, will be hosting the pre-conference workshop entitled: ‘Revenue assurance tools to manage risk, reduce your losses and increase profits’ on September 28, 2004. The workshop will explore the sources of revenue leakage, outline the strategies operators should adopt to maximise revenue opportunities and prepare them for the revenue assurance challenges of next-generation services.

Research in 2003 from leading telecoms analysts, Analysys, estimated that operator revenue leakage was 13.7 per cent of turnover. Azure has re-commissioned this survey and will presenting the results at the workshop and every attendee will be entitled to a free copy of the research.
