A newly wed couple from Haywards Heath in Sussex were heading for their wedding reception on friday evening (24th September 2004)in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, when they turned on the radio to listen to the 5pm News on Radio 2.
Newly weds, Natalie and Max Burton learnt that 'Golden Sun', the holiday company that they'd booked their honeymoon with had just collapsed and would not be honouring any holidays.
After a couple fraught telephone calls to friends and family, Natalie was recommended to try, . As Natalie didn't have access to the internet she phoned them on 01633 798428, where she was helped by one of their friendly staff.
Within five minutes, Natalie had managed to book a new holiday, flying out on the same day.
