London, 5 October, 2004. The achievements of call & contact centres throughout Europe were celebrated and rewarded at the ninth European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2004 when it took place last week. Presented by Call Centre Focus magazine and sponsored by Garlands, the success of the evening was a fantastic tribute to the call & contact centre professionals who had demonstrated excellence in their fields.

"The strength of entries increases each year, which is a fabulous reflection of the call centre market," explains Alex Coxon, Editor of CCF.
