Cheltenham, 15 October 2004: The world's first 10 Gigabit/s structured cabling solution, CopperTen™, originally developed by KRONE, will be on show at the REHAU stand at the IHEEM/NHS Healthcare Estates conference and exhibition (Procure Village 21, stand number Q325, 9-10 November at the Harrogate International Centre).
REHAU, which has a long track record of supplying healthcare, estates, products and solutions will be exhibiting their Profila Data cable trunking solution along with their PVC-U window systems, under-floor heating solutions, polymer heating, plumbing systems and cabling management solutions.
"We are viewed as an innovator when it comes to structure cabling technology, said Mike Williams, marketing manager. "Our products are designed to deliver voice and data over both copper and fibre infrastructure. Best of breed structured cabling solutions need best of breed cable management solutions. REHAU shares our values of best technology, affordability, quality in design and manufacture, and the ultimate in customer support."
REHAU, a global company, has one of its main R&D centres in the UK, as does KRONE, which was acquired by ADC earlier this year.
Both companies have long track records in the healthcare sector based on pro-active help and advice on system design and specification as well as project management, installation and ongoing technical support.
REHAU will be exhibiting their PROFILA data trunking system designed specifically for the UK market. PROFILA data is almost certainly the most compact two compartment data cable trunking system. Its unique registered design takes corners with ease and allows for both power and data sockets to be mounted in one compartment without reducing data capacity.
A full range of structured cabling solutions will be available including Category 5e and Category 6 solutions together with it's the brand new 10 Gigabit/s solution - CopperTen.
All are welcome to drop by for a glass of wine and a meaningful discussion on stand Q325 which is situated right next to the entrance of the Procure 21 village on stand Q325.
