London, 1 December, 2004. Two of the marketing industry’s leading influencers and drivers, Dave Chaffey and Sean Kelly, will present the latest in thought leadership when they host the Daily Keynote Sessions at Technology For Marketing 2005. TFM 2005, incorporating Technology For Customer Service and Technology For Sales will take place from 8-9 February 2005 at Olympia, London.

Visitors to TFM 2005, the UK’s premier event for marketing-related and CRM technologies will be able to hear one of the industry’s gurus on each day of the exhibition during the free lunchtime keynote sessions.

Improving e-Marketing Performance: Using modelling, optimisation and automation to enhance results from e-marketing campaigns
Dave Chaffey from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a leading provider of Internet marketing training and consulting and author of ‘Internet Marketing: Strategy Implementation and Practice’, will showcase approaches used by advanced digital marketers to increase their returns from online marketing. The theme will be selecting and using systems for modelling, optimisation and automation of e-marketing customer acquisition campaigns.

Day 2 – Wednesday, 9 February 2005
Extracting Intelligence from Customer Data
Sean Kelly from the Institute of Direct Marketing, one of the first designers of an enterprise data warehouse and author of the best-selling ‘Data Warehousing – The Route to Mass Customisation’ will provide a thought-provoking insight into data warehousing, data mining and customer profiling. In a succinct one-hour session, the presentation will range from the creation of a data infrastructure to the profiling and segmenting of customers on the basis of that data.
