London, 12 January, 2005. A call for papers announcement has been made inviting speaking proposals from those wishing to take part in the conference programme at Customer: Strategy & Management (Customer 2005), the UK’s only dedicated event for integrated customer management solutions. The conference programme at Customer 2005 will run alongside the exhibition on the 29 & 29 June 2005 at the Birmingham NEC, UK and will be divided into three tracks, People & Resources, Business Process & Strategy; and Technology. The programme will deliver detailed insights into the key issues facing this market, offering practical solutions and information on topical issues.
The deadline for speaking proposals is 5pm on 21st January 2005 and no papers received after this time will be considered.
In order to guarantee independence, CMPi, the conference organiser, will be working closely with a panel of industry experts when selecting conference papers. To ensure the programme delivers the best quality information for its delegate audience, thought leadership and case study content will be prioritised during the rigorous selection process.
