HELSINKI, Finland, February 1, 2005 – Wicom Communications, the leading European provider of IP contact centre and enterprise communications solutions, announced that Infonet Services Corporation (NYSE: IN), a leader in global communications services, will expand its contact centre capabilities using Wicom’s IP-based contact centre solutions.

Using Wicom’s capabilities, Infonet Contact Centre Services (ICCS) will expand its hosted contact centre offering with a full range of hosted IP-based contact centre services, including skill-based call routing, network-IVR, voice, e-mail, fax, SMS and web based messaging, all without the need for a customer premises based automatic call distributor (ACD) or private branch exchange (PBX).
