It’s a Man’s World!

THE REAL SHAVING COMPANY recently discovered the next big thing in male modelling when they selected not one but two men to be the face of their premium shaving products. Based on traditional barbering lathers and oils these luxurious products are packed with ‘botanicals’ to protect and nourish the skin. The product is already loved by Trevor Nelson – the MTV presenter and Radio 1 DJ pegged as the male style icon of the noughties. The range of products includes a Pre-Shave Self Heating Face Mask, Daily Facial Scrub, Professional Lather Cream, Shaving Oil, Shaving Gel and Post-Shave Daily Skin Soothing Balm all from £3.99.

The gorgeous winners embodied the sharp image of a REAL SHAVE and are set to take the modelling world by storm.

James Gornall – is just 20 and his first love is not his looks but racing. He is an award winning member of the Junior Formula One Renault racing team and like Eddie Irvine before him hopes to blend racing and modelling. His father entered James into the model competition and for once parental bias has been backed up with a great win.

Irwin Ford – is bucking the modelling trend by entering the industry at age 32, the age at which most female modelling careers are just winding down. His tall frame lends itself well to catwalk and so far there has been significant interest from men’s designers. Women may still be taking the board room by storm but it appears on the catwalk and in front of the camera a mature man is aspirational; a mature woman less so! Irwin is philosophical about the prospect of a new career and believes that men and women everywhere should follow their dreams, wherever they may lead.
