Intelliden Corporation Turns Cash-Flow Positive

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Feb. 18, 2005 -Intelliden Corporation, the intelligent networking company, today announced that the company has become the first privately held Enterprise Network Configuration vendor and the first privately held Service Management vendor to become cash-flow positive. Intelliden turned cash-flow positive over nine months ago, in April 2004, and is now entering its fourth quarter of positive cash flow.

Some of Intelliden's customers and partners include Bear Stearns, Boeing, British Telecom, Cisco, Department of Defense, EDS, HP, IBM, Juniper Networks, RNLA NATO, Pentagon, Sandia Labs, Staples, TELUS and Visa. In addition to becoming cash-flow positive, Intelliden has also maintained consistent, quarter-over-quarter growth throughout 2004 in both its U.S. and international operations.
