The acquisition of PinkRoccade by Getronics creates the largest European-owned ICT services business, and in the UK the company doubles in size. The combined organisation generates global revenues in excess of EUR 3 billion per annum and has a 29,000 strong workforce operating in more than 30 countries.

The newly-appointed UK Chairman, Stuart Appleton and Chief Operating Officer, Clive Hyland will brief the UK media on the future plans of the new company.

This will be followed by cocktails and a celebration on the roof terrace.

The event will also be attended by key customers from both Getronics and PinkRoccade who will comment on their expectations of the combined organisation.
