London, 17 March, 2005. Delegates at The Call Centre Executive Forum will hear rousing speeches from two of the UK’s leading motivational speakers. Simon Woodroffe of Yo! and BBC2’s ‘Dragon’s Den’ will present the Opening Address of The Call Centre Executive Forum when it takes place from 18-21 May 2005 on board the luxury cruise ship, MV Aurora. Whilst Adrian Webster, best selling business author and creator of Polar Bear Pirates will present the Closing Address.

“A new event, The Call Centre Executive Forum will provide delegates with the opportunity to network with peers, meet 1-2-1 with the very best and most relevant call and contact centre suppliers and attend a cutting edge conference,” explains Mark Abay, Event Director. “We believe the opening and closing addresses by such highly-regarded motivational speakers will encourage delegates to capitalise on the wealth of information that they’ll obtain during their time on board.”

Simon Woodroffe founded Yo! Sushi on a hunch during some lunch with a business friend. With no experience in the restaurant business and very little money he succeeded through his belief in the idea, a lot of hard work and the setting, and achieving of failure goals. His philosophy that he’ll share with delegates at The Call Centre Executive Forum is simple, “When you’re on the mountain and wondering what’s the way, break it down to little steps and play, play, play.”

Through the creation of Polar Bear Pirates, Adrian Webster has taken serious motivational babble and made it fun, relevant and useful. His unique world of terminology, characters and motivational tools is helping inspire ordinary people at all levels and from a vast array of organisations to be extraordinary. Entertaining and highly impactful, Adrian will take delegates on an emotionally charged roller coaster ride as he closes The Call Centre Executive Forum with a fascinating insight into creating a winning environment in today’s target driven workplace.

The Call Centre Executive Forum, a highly efficient and effective intimate business forum, will bring together senior call & contact centre decision-makers to meet the best and most relevant call & contact centre suppliers, network with industry peers and attend a cutting edge conference.

Notes to Editor:

About Richmond Events
The primary function of our events is to put buyers and sellers together at a senior level and to offer them the opportunity for strategic thinking, to catch up on the latest developments and to network with peers. For most of the industries that we serve, the Richmond event has become the most important gathering of the year.

We originally developed the concept in 1989, when we were part of Emap plc, to address the shortcomings of conventional exhibitions. It is our view that as the world gets busier it becomes increasingly difficult, but no less important, to meet people face to face. We believe that our format is currently the most time efficient style of event in the market place and the very high level of re-bookings that we enjoy, demonstrate the value that our customers derive from participation.
