Simon Woodroffe of Yo! and BBC2’s ‘Dragon’s Den’ will present the Opening Address of The Call Centre Executive Forum when it takes place from 18-21 May 2005 on board the luxury cruise ship, MV Aurora. Whilst Adrian Webster, best selling business author and creator of Polar Bear Pirates will present the Closing Address.
