BRISBANE, Calif. — March 21, 2005 — Wily Technology, the leader in enterprise application management, today named proven sales leader Chris Cook as senior vice president of worldwide field operations. Mr. Cook brings over 20 years of technology sales and management experience to Wily, and will be responsible for driving worldwide sales and customer support.

Mr. Cook will spearhead Wily’s sales, support, professional services and education efforts. He will report to Wily Technology president and CEO Dick Williams. Prior to joining Wily Technology, Mr. Cook was the vice president of sales in North America for Quest Software, an application management software vendor. He has also held executive and sales management roles at Peregrine Systems, BMC Software, and IBM Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
