London, 5 April, 2005. CCF magazine, the first and leading customer contact magazine in the UK invites entries for the annual European Call Centre Awards 2005. The Awards, now in its tenth year, recognise excellence in Europe’s diverse call and contact centre community.

Running alongside Call Centre Expo 2005, Europe’s premier exhibition and conference for call centre and customer contact solutions, European Call Centre Awards will be open for entries until Friday 29 April 2005.

The European Call Centre Awards, sponsored by Garlands, will be presented during the Gala Dinner held at the Hilton Metropole Hotel, Birmingham on Wednesday 28 September 2005. The categories will include:
