New this year, the IP Contact Centre Technology Pioneer Award recognises companies that have created a successful IP contact centre product or service that is truly innovative. Editor-in-chief, Nadji Tehrani from Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine comments, “The winner of this award has been judged to provide the “best-of-the-best” in IP contact centre technology and demonstrates stand out features, functions and capabilities setting them apart from others in this space.”

According to Amcat President, Richard Costello, “A key element of Amcat’s focus is to help its customers keep pace with the latest in communication and transport mechanisms that facilitate contact management.
