CellClear today announced the appointment of John Brady as Customer Relationship Director. John has been charged with overseeing customer service in the NHS sector and strengthening the company’s offer in this core target market.

John brings to CellClear extensive experience in the telecommunications and health sectors. He spent the past six year’s working as the Voice & Communications Manager in the NHS Information Authority. In this frontline role, he was responsible for organising nationwide users groups and seminars, whilst also acting as a consultant, advisor and mentor to NHS staff working in telecommunications.

Prior to this he spent five years working in the Ministry of Defence in various telecommunications roles – advising on policy and direction of telephony within the army. He also worked for the Royal Air Force as a Telecommunications Controller.

Speaking about the appointment, John Brady said: “I am delighted to be joining CellClear.
