LONDON, UK -- (RESPONSE SOURCE) -- 17/05/2005 – The Systems Practice plc, one of the UK’s leading providers of Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision® based client/server financial and business management applications for mid-sized organisations, and AnalySoft, developers of business performance measurement software, announced today that they have signed a partnership agreement in which The Systems Practice will market and resell AnalyServerTM, an advanced Business Performance Engine for Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision®, Great Plains® and Axapta® ERP platforms.
AnalyServer is a revolutionary, next generation data warehouse solution for Microsoft SQL Server which is fast to deploy and delivers immediate benefits to business users through a familiar Microsoft Excel® interface. Information workers such as financial analysts, accountants, and other spreadsheet users, are able to author and publish Excel reports in minutes, without IT support, as well as perform advanced analysis of business data such as ranking products and customers by margin and profitability.
The Systems Practice will be able to accelerate customer deployment projects by supplying AnalyServer to empower business users to become self-sufficient in management reporting and analysis thus removing this burden from IT and the ERP implementation team. The ERP transaction performance will also be improved because heavy and unpredictable database processing required for end-user queries and reports will be transferred to a low-cost dedicated PC server running the data warehouse optimized for these tasks.
Steve Crum, Managing Director of The Systems Practice plc said “We aim to provide solutions which empower our customers to view information critical to their business to help them to make more profitable decisions. After reviewing alternative products our customers, like Ryvita and Plasser, have decided that AnalyServer is the most powerful and easy-to-use business performance engine for their Navision installations. AnalyServer was installed in a matter of hours and after minimal training the business users were off writing their own reports.”
AnalySoft founder and CEO, Dr Nigel Geary, added “The Systems Practice has a great profile as one of the leading Microsoft Business Solutions partners in the UK. With customers like Plasser and Ryvita already getting value from AnalyServer we are looking forward to enabling TSP customers to maximise the return on their Navision ERP investments.” On the channel strategy being followed by AnalySoft Dr Geary added “Enlightened resellers like The Systems Practice are going to be key to AnalySoft’s growth in the coming months as we consolidate our market position as the best Business Performance Engine for Microsoft Business Solutions customers.”
