Weybridge, Surrey, 20 June 2005 – Ecommerce software vendor, Actinic, has
welcomed the return of Nick Kington as Business Development Manager as part
of its growth strategy. Kington’s main focus will be on Actinic’s channel
partner programme, as well as identifying further business opportunities
within new and existing markets.

“I am looking forward to working with the Actinic team again,” says Nick
Kington. “There are exciting times ahead and I will be focusing the
majority of my time in developing and implementing plans designed to grow
the business over the next few years. These will include new product
launches and partner initiatives.”

Kington’s intimate knowledge of the company infrastructure and culture,
coupled with his extensive business skills and experience, put him in an
excellent position to assist Actinic in acquiring new business and
expanding further.

He has 18 years marketing and business development experience in the
business-to-business IT sector. Previous roles include senior positions
with Dell, Sage Software and Cable and Wireless. During this period he
managed many new product, marketing and partnership initiatives, developing
plans to build business growth for these organisations.

Actinic has seen significant expansion over the last few months, with new
additions to the Indian support and software development teams, together
with a 40% increase in the UK sales team. With a move to larger premises,
new software releases and a bid to increase the US profile of the company
all planned for the next 12 months, Actinic’s growth looks set to continue.
