The inaugural Customer: Strategy & Management 2005 has been chosen by a variety of leading suppliers as the launch pad for their latest customer strategy products and services. Customer 2005, the UK’s only dedicated exhibition and conference for customer management solutions, takes place from 28-29 June 2005 at the Birmingham NEC and will feature over 75 exhibitors launching and demonstrating a variety of products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and revenues.

RightNow Technologies – stand 310
Β· Customer 2005 will be the first public unveiling of RightNow’s β€˜Voice Enabled CRM’. The completed acquisition of Convergent Voice, Inc will make RightNow the only full-suite on demand CRM solutions provider with its own native voice recognition technology signalling the launch of RightNow’s β€˜Voice Enabled CRM’.

Β· Gold-Vision 2005 CRM is being launched at Customer 2005. The exciting new .NET version of Gold-Vision builds on Microsoft Outlook and Exchange investment and is fully customisable with a unique automatic email tracker.

smartFOCUS – stand 220
Β· Will launch smartREPORTER, an affordable answer to marketing KPI reporting. It provides all the functionality required for creating business reports that are easily deployed across the business. Fully integrated into the Intelligent Marketing solutions, smartREPORTER and the other available smartFOCUS modules provide the complete answer to delivering consistent, effective & profitable marketing.

Accounting Answers – stand 750
Β· Will be launching its 3rd CRM solutions – Sage CRM MME – which now completes the family of CRM solutions offered by one of UK’s premier software resellers for the mid-market.

Β· Will be launching C5, a new methodology for the development of Corporate and Housing/Local Government Customer Management Strategies and ISIS, a business model for enterprise wide Quality Management.

CIBER – stand 110
Β· Will be demonstrating its recently launched version 2.0 of its highly acclaimed Ascent for Customer Relationship Management application. Built using Microsoft.NET framework, and exploiting the latest versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft SQL Server, Ascent version 2.0 offers unparalleled advantages in the areas of system deployment, management, performance and integration.

Β· Will be launching Credica Debit Note Management module that enables organisations to capture, reconcile and resolve debit notes, reduce credit note values and increase cashflow.

QAS – stand 420
Β· Will be launching Intact from QAS to the customer strategy market. Intact is a user-friendly and cost effective way for organisations to clean, suppress and enhance their customer data online.

Vigence – stand 90
Β· Will be launching a suite of add-on products for Microsoft CRM which enhance the productivity of CRM users and which tailors CRM to the way people work.
