Industry’s first integrated solution helps manage credit risk

The joint initiative is being launched at the Customer Strategy & Management Show, 28-29 June at the NEC Birmingham (stand 230) – illustrating the combined power and business benefits of Microsoft CRM with real-time commercial credit checking information via XML. This will help manage risk, reduce bad debt and enable businesses to make informed decisions about potential suppliers and/or customers. In addition, the creditworthiness of new prospects can be qualified and potential new customers selected using Experian’s data to ensure that users of the system only target those prospects that meet business needs, for example, have a strong credit history, good financial performance and pay their bills on time.
This is the first time that a CRM system has integrated directly with a trusted source of commercial credit risk information, bringing together sales opportunities with critical financial and credit information. At the same time, users will also be able to access Experian’s B2B Marketing solutions, including data hygiene tools, to cleanse their data and maintain data integrity.
