Inspector Home the UK’s leading new home snagging company has announced the UK’s Best New Homes. This is the second year of the award, to recognise those developers making significant steps towards improving quality control.

The awards are the only recognition for new homes that have been checked by the judges, which is why they are so important and valued by the recipients. This year’s winners were selected from over 1000 units checked by Inspector Home:

The UK’s Best New House: Millgate Homes, Walton on the Hill, Surrey
“The standard of finish and attention to detail in this property is one of the highest I have ever seen” says Stephen Nancarrow MD Inspector Home. “I commend Millgate Homes and the site team for their hard work and dedication to quality.”

The UK’s Best New Apartment: St George Plc, The Omega Building, London
Inspector Home carried out 9 inspections within this development and every unit was finished to a very high standard. “To achieve a consistently high standard throughout a development is a major achievement, and St George should be very proud of the work carried out on this site” says Stephen Nancarrow.

All properties checked during 2005 (on behalf of developers and homeowners) will be eligible to win an Award or a Certificate of Quality, providing they meet the high standards set by Inspector Home. Developers interested in entering the 2005 award should contact Vanessa Ambler at Inspector Home on 0845 408 4979.
