D-Link and transtec team up in the Enterprise market

LONDON - 03 March 2006 – transtec AG, a provider of tailor-made IT products across Europe, is now using D-Link products as part of its networking solutions. D-Link, long one of the world’s leaders in connectivity and data communications technology, has a broad product range of both copper-based and wireless networking solutions.

Commenting on transtec’s decision to select D-Link, Jörg Ruberg, transtec Product Manager for Networking, said, “The choice of D-Link will enable us to further expand our customised networking offerings. transtec sees this agreement with D-Link as an opportunity to increase sales in the networking sector”.

The broad D-Link portfolio ranges from products designed for the SOHO and SMB markets through to high-end Enterprise solutions – the same markets targeted by transtec. The D-Link range includes high-performance Enterprise switches and WLAN products, some of which are certified for use in medical applications.
