Parity’s, Principal Service Management Consultant, Chris Littlewood has recently been accepted as a Fellow of the Institute of IT Service Management (ISM), since becoming Vice President of membership in November 2005. This is in recognition of Chris’ continued presence in IT and IT Service Management over the past 30 years and his commitment to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme and standards. He has also been actively involved in publications, qualifications, examinations and course provider groups, as well as an author and contributor to articles, pocketbooks, best practice guidance and ‘Introduction to ITIL’.

Chris’ relationship with the ISM® helps Parity, to ensure there is total synergy between our Service Management framework and the linked qualification programme, as accredited by the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB). This allows our customers to benefit from the very best service management training supported by the most widely recognised qualifications in the industry. The CPD scheme also helps individuals to shape their career and training needs. The scheme is linked to the BCS Industry Structure Model and Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).
