Plano, Texas, 26 February, 1999: Baltimore, the operating name of Zergo
Holdings plc (London: ZGO), a global leader in e-commerce and enterprise
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions, today announced it will offer
Netscape Directory Server as part of its UniCERT Public Key Infrastructure
(PKI) solution for E-Commerce security.

In addition, Netscape is participating in Baltimore's PKI World Program, a
technology alliance that offers a broad range of interoperable PKI system
components. This partnership enables customers to choose the best PKI
components with the assurance of compatibility with their enterprise or
e-commerce systems.
