Most successful UK Integrated Communications Provider (ICP)
links with GSE Racing to form INS-Ducati Team - two teams to
promote "Nothing Succeeds like Success"

Internet Network Services (INS), the UK's leading ICP, today
announced the launch of their title sponsorship of the 1999
British Superbikes Ducati team: GSE Racing. The team will be
named INS-Ducati and will be storming race-tracks around the
country when the season begins in late March.

INS chose to sponsor this high-profile event as a strategic
move to widen audience awareness. With motor-bike racing
already one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, INS saw
a unique opportunity with British Superbikes and GSE Racing
to increase exposure to its target customers. In addition,
the sponsorship is a celebration of INS' significant growth
over the past four years which totals over 1,000 per cent.

Tim Challenor, Managing Director, INS, said "Ducati has been
the star of Superbikes since its inception. INS chose to be
associated with this team not only because of its
superiority, but also because we share the same values:
teamwork, quality, speed, and winning. We are a perfect
match."

The sponsorship includes branding of the new INS-Ducati logo
on the sides of the four race bikes, as well as branded
riding leathers, team clothing and a hospitality and pit
display. Orange and black will serve as the official
INS-Ducati colours of the team. A transportation fleet,
which consists of two articulated lorries with the INS and
Ducati logos, will be travelling the length of the country
when the racing season begins. The strong synergy and
imagery between INS' services and the GSE-Ducati team will
be the basis for INS' general advertising campaigns
throughout the year.

The sponsorship, worth an estimated £250,000 will also be
supported via a nation-wide high-profile advertising
campaign, in which INS will be launching a new slogan of
"Nothing Succeeds like Success."

counties around the world with an estimated 25 million
terrestrial viewers in the UK.
