Strengthened partner network set to take share of content archiving and records compliance management market

Watford, UK 8th August 2006 - AXS-One, a leading provider of high performance records compliance management, has announced the signing of a key new partner as part of its drive to strengthen its European presence. The agreement permits Xlent AB to resell the AXS-One Records Compliance Management Platform in the European market which is predicted to grow 74 per cent by 2009 extending revenues from €207M to €1.8B. Covering Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland, the partnership encompasses markets where demand for records compliance management solutions are high, but have remained unfulfilled until now.

The AXS-One Records Compliance Management Platform offers organisations a highly scalable alternative to the traditional silo solutions that deal with one aspect of digital information, such as e-mail, or that only address primarily IT-related issues, such as storage optimisation. By spanning all types of information, companies can implement secure, scalable and enforceable policies that enable integrated archival, retention and search of any electronic records held within the organisations from e-mail, Instant Messaging (IM), documents, spreadsheets and print streams to ERP data.

“We have operated in the European market for the past [dozen] years and we are now starting to see the content archiving and records compliance management markets really heating up. These agreements allow us to take increased advantage of this momentum, while also extending AXS-One’s geographic reach across Europe,” said Mark Donkersley, Managing Director of AXS-One.

Xlent Consulting Group’s reseller agreement with AXS-One permits sales of the AXS-One Compliance Platform across Finland, Norway, Sweden, Demark and Iceland. Initially focusing on e-mail archiving opportunities, it enables Xlent to continue to expand their presence in the region.

Kjell Wahlberg, Business Development Manager at Xlent Consulting Group commented: “Our local market is rapidly expanding - the need for e-mail archiving is moving up the corporate agenda and organisations understand the need for a solution which encompasses more than e-mail, rather than simply opting for a point solution. This is why we chose AXS-One and we are delighted to be working with them.”
