Launch of new web site from Armchair Advice

www.armchairadvice.co.uk/relationships

23 October 2006: Armchair Advice launches ‘Relationships’ - for people experiencing problems in their relationships. This comprehensive web site includes sections on emotional support, advice, signs and signals that all may not be well, through to finding a relationship coach, financial advisor or divorce lawyer.

The internet is increasingly being used as a first line of support for the 144,000 couples in the UK whose relationship ends in divorce each year. Greg Paine, founder of Armchair Advice comments: “You can waste hours of time searching through the mass of information on the Web trying to find something relevant to your needs. With Relationships we have made sense of the choice, everything you need from self-help through to how to find professional advice in your area is now available in one place.”

Armchair Advice/relationships is a one-stop resource, packed with information. The site includes a ‘Relationship Healthcheck’ and covers strategies to address ‘Common Problems’ from financial worries and infidelity to the effect of children on a relationship. Where a relationship cannot be saved, the section on ‘Ending a Relationship’ offers emotional support, legal advice and a regional directory of Family Law solicitors, counsellors and relationship coaches.

‘Starting Again’ contains help on building confidence, rebuilding families and building new relationships. The site also includes links to other useful, high quality websites and a Forum where you can find help and moral support from others in a similar situation.

Greg comments: “We hope that ‘Relationships’ will become the first place to look, be the best single place for information, act as a catalyst for personal improvement within relationships and help identify when it is time to move on.”

About Armchair Advice – Armchair Advice/Job Loss was launched in February 2006 by Greg Paine in response to his search for information and help after being the unwilling recipient of his P45. Job Loss received such an overwhelmingly favourable response that Greg decided to provide similar help and advice for other traumatic events in people’s lives. Relationships launched in October 06, with Bereavement and Terminal Illness scheduled to go live in the New Year.
