Northgate Information Solutions, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions to the public services, education and utilities markets, today announces the key appointment of Joe Bradley, a former director at Serco Solutions, as its new Managing Director of Local Government and Social Housing, part of Northgate’s Public Services division.

Joe’s appointment strengthens the company’s leading position in delivering market-leading software solutions and services to local authorities and social housing providers. At its interim results last month, Northgate declared its intention to build upon its current success in these sectors in England, and on its recent, significant advances in Scotland and Wales.

Joe will help Northgate to deliver sustained growth in the public sector as it secures new and important contracts, and will spearhead the company’s pioneering work in shared services – leading the way on this innovative public service delivery agenda.

Joe joins Northgate from Serco Solutions, the international service company, where he has worked as Director of Client Services since 2003.
