PressView XL Product Information:

The 21-inch display is built around a Diamondtron CRT featuring a 0.26mm aperture grill. This allows PressView XL to display resolutions up to 1800x1440 pixels. PressView also features GeoSense, which automatically compensates for the local geomagnetic condition, so all PressView XL's maintain the same great color worldwide.

To make the PressView XL easy on the eyes, miro added the new dark black faceplate (39% transmission), with a high tech anti glare, anti reflection and anti static optical coating. The
company also coloured the cabinet and viewing hood achromatic gray to ensure that the colour the eyes perceive is not affected by the frame in which it is viewed.

The PressView XL comes with the famous Stealth Coat, a lab coat made from comfortable black, lightweight cotton. When worn it improves the color of displayed images, particularly shadows and dark details, by preventing the user's clothing from reflecting off the CRT.

PressView's integrated Java software provides a graphical user interface and cross-platform support. The calibration and display control software lets you calibrate identically across systems using Mac OS and Windows. The PressView XL also includes the new super low-light ProSense Colorimeter, which is up to 10 times more sensitive in critical low light than the previous ProSense. The software also features automatic one button calibration to the ColorMatch RGB standard.

The PressView XL is available now through authorised UK Radius/miro resellers and has a suggested retail price of £2,100 (excl. VAT)
