London: 1 October 2007 – Leading stationery and office supplies company OyezStraker has joined forces with The Pink Ribbon Foundation to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October 2007). OyezStraker has published a special brochure offering a range of its most popular office supplies, including a selection of limited edition Pink products, from sales of which it will donate 5 per cent to The Pink Ribbon Foundation.

The Pink Ribbon Foundation is a grant making Trust, which relies on hard work from its Trustees and Patrons for finance. It makes donations impartially to a wide range of Cancer charities such as Marie Curie Cancer Care, Newmarket Breast Cancer Support Group, Cancer Counselling Trust, Bristol Cancer Help Centre, CancerBackup, and the Royal Marsden.

Trustee of the Foundation, Jonathan Prince, says, ‘Our donations to charities are targeted at special projects. For instance, when Mum is in hospital that’s an expensive time for the no/low income family – whether it’s employing child minders or getting all the kids onto buses or paying for parking places. Our donations are aimed at very practical expenses like this to take the pressure off families who can least afford the cost of illness.’
