Earlier this week, Jean Christophe was "bought" for £10 by a stunning quick-thinking sixteen-year old pupil, Catherine Bass, to give a charity Novelli cookery demonstration at her school, which took place at St. George's School Harpenden on Saturday 13th October, and which raised thousands for charity. The headmaster, Norman Hoare, had lent all the pupils £10 with instructions to make more, and she certainly did!
