London, UK – January 22nd , 2008 – Fluency Voice Technology, (www.fluencyvoice.com) the packaged speech recognition solutions company, today announced a company reorganisation that puts speech specialists in its frontline sales teams to cater for the growing market demand for customised packaged speech solutions.

Fluency has continued to enjoy a growing demand for its packaged speech solutions both hosted and on-premise throughout 2007 but is increasingly engaging closely with customers who want to customise their applications to meet the specific needs of their business. This demand is very much in line with Fluency’s product development strategy which will see the launch of VSA 5.0 later this quarter with its extended capability to act as a platform for custom add-ons that will require close knit customer partnerships.

In preparation for the new product release and in response to its customers demand for consultative speech expertise, Fluency has appointed David Johnson as VP EMEA, Services and Sales and Sam Waicberg as VP Americas, Services and Sales to lead Fluency’s customer management and acquisition campaigns in their respective regions.
