TeamSpirit Software Limited is proud to announce the availability of electronic submission of in-year forms to the HMRC more than 12 months ahead of schedule.
The latest version of TeamSpirit’s software which has recently been issued to its 500 plus clients, includes a number of new product enhancements, as well as the ability to file in-year forms electronically.
Although employers are not legally required to submit in-year forms electronically until 6th April 2009, TeamSpirit took the decision to include this functionality in its latest statutory release to demonstrate its commitment and adherence to forthcoming legislation.
TeamSpirit clients will now be able to submit the following in-year forms to the HMRC electronically:
• P45 Part 1 – Notice of employee leaving
• P45 Part 3 – New employee details
• P46 – New employee details if no P45
• PENNOT – Notification of new pensioner (also known as P46PEN)
• WNU – Works Number Update (change of employee code)
