Market leading health and care organisation BUPA has selected recruitment outsourcing provider Ochre House to manage the recruitment for its UK health insurance business.
Ochre House was selected ahead of strong competition, primarily due to its unique ability to meet both specialist and volume resourcing needs.
Ochre House’s recruitment team will be based on-site at BUPA’s Staines and Manchester offices, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing and selection of approximately 1300 employees over the term of the two year contract.
