Ninth Wave has announced the implementation of its PAT system within Lloyds TSB, on an enterprise-wide basis.

PAT will provide consistent change management, reporting and governance processes for Lloyds TSB’s project portfolio, which crosses all business units of the Bank.

Derek Radcliffe, Change Management Services Director, Lloyds TSB said: “Lloyds TSB has well established change management processes and PAT provides a solution to enforce their use in a consistent, efficient and effective manner. It will help support the evolving needs of the Bank, providing a flexible and scaleable software solution that can be adapted to meet our on-going requirements.”

Richard Meakin, Director, Ninth Wave, said: “We recognise that every client is both unique and in a constant state of flux. PAT has been specifically designed to be able to meet the specific needs of large and complex organisations. It is exciting to be working with the Lloyds TSB’s change management team to implement a leading edge solution for project governance and change management.”

Ninth Wave is able to provide a complete end to end solution, from initial design through to live support.
