Attinger Jack Interactive (AJi) has set up its own call centre to take advantage of the growing industry phenomenon of hot key transfers.

Based near AJi’s head office in Farringdon, central London, the call centre will be staffed only with senior outbound operators who have at least four or more years experience in outbound telemarketing.

Operating 7 days a week, the call centre aims to have 20 full time hot key transfer specialists by June 2008 with a view to further expansion by year end.

Initially the call centre will specialise in financial services, notably personal loans and debt solutions products. It is envisaged that this will be expanded to other sectors including property, insurance and healthcare amongst others. Current clients include loans specialists Nemo and Central Capital and debt solutions companies Debt Free Direct and Money Tailor.

Hot key transfer is the process whereby a lead that is generated from a direct response enquiry (either by phone, post or digital) is qualified by an independent contact centre and then routed directly to a client’s own inbound contact centre in ‘real’ time. The process takes no more than a few minutes from start to finish and is set to revolutionise marketing not least because payment is purely on leads generated.
