Leader in SOA Runtime Governance Grows Customer Roster with High-Profile New Accounts

Oakland, CA – May 6, 2008 – AmberPoint announced today that it has significantly increased its market-leading customer roster with recent sales of its SOA runtime governance software. The company’s enterprise customers around the globe now total well over 200. Additionally, the company’s complimentary monitoring and management software, AmberPoint Express, which ships with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, has been distributed to hundreds of thousands of developers worldwide.

AmberPoint’s newest enterprise customers come from a variety of industries—including biotechnology, financial services, government, retail, telecommunications and travel—and operate around the globe. They include biopharmaceutical services company Covance; technology giant Dell; the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae); public sector retirement services company ICMA Retirement Corporation; technology and services provider IDEXX; U.S. government systems integrator Immix; leading insurance company Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation; Korea’s largest chemical company, LG Chemical; the Netherlands’ National IT Institute for Healthcare (NICTIZ); Canadian government agency Service Alberta; retail leader Target; and worldwide air travel company United Airlines.

As a result of the company’s ongoing expansion in Europe, AmberPoint also added a significant number of leading enterprises in Spain, including Atento, a subsidiary of Telefonica, Inc.; Indra, the leading Spanish Information Technology and Defense Systems company; and Prosegur Compania de Seguridad S.A., a provider of security services.

In addition to these named accounts, AmberPoint sold enterprise licenses to many other organizations and agencies in the private and public sector. The company also completed significant follow-on business with existing customers and continued to strengthen its alliances with other leading vendors in the industry.
